A few days ago, Guangzhou Zeli PharmaceuticalTechnology Co., Ltd. successfully passed through three strict internationalcertifications after rigorous certification audit: FSSC 22000 (Food SafetySystem Certification) and HACCP（Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point）certification.And Zeli also passed through ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification inOctober. 1. What’s FSSC22000?

FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) 22000 is aglobal, auditable food safety management system standard combined with therequirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP and other managementsystems.

FSSC 22000 has provided a set of globally recognizedstandards for food enterprises, to prove that they have establishedcomprehensive management system, which would meet the requirements of customersand the industry regulation in food safety. This standard is designed to coverall processes of food supply chain whether they are indirectly or directlyrelated to the final products. It provides a unified food safety managementmethod for enterprises in the food supply chain and is easy to accept, implementand audit by businesses in the different links of the food supply chain.  

2. What’s HACCP international certification

HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is ascientific, simple and practical preventive food safety control system and alsoone of the most effective self-control means of food safety established on thebasis of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and SSOP (Sanitation StandardOperating Procedure).

HACCP system have aroused the widespread concern andrecognition from the international communities since it emerged in the 1960s inUSA and became a regulation in some fields in the 1990s. Currently, it hasbecome the food safety assurance system that has been accepted and recognizedinternationally. HACCP system has been implemented throughout the whole processfrom raw material supply, products processing, finished products storage,marketing link to final consumption to ensure the safety of the whole foodsupply chain. 3. Authoritative ISO9001 international certification

ISO900 is by far the world’s most matured andauthoritative quality management certification system.
